Delivery
Uk delivery is by 1st Class Royal Mail for letter or large letter. For larger items, I post via courier
Processing times
I'd do my best to get your order out the next working day
Estimated Delivery times
United Kingdom 2-3 business days
Please be aware of any postal strikes or delays in your locality; I can't be held responsible for late delivery if it is down to a known issue with the postal service.
Refunds/Exchanges/Returns
I gladly accept returns
contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
All returns must come back to me in original condition
I accept exchanges or cancellations (exceptions apply)
Exceptions:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Packaging
All standard A4 prints will be backed with cardboard, put in cellophane envelope and posted in a sturdy large letter box.
All large A3 prints will be posted in postal tube or sturdy box depending on destination.
